SEEN AND HEARD AT NATIONALS PARK

With major league baseball owners holding their quarterly meetings in the District this week, several top executives have stopped by Nationals Park the last few days.

Commissioner Bud Selig, who attended Opening Night at the park, returned Wednesday night. On Tuesday, former Nationals executive vice president Kevin Uhlich took a tour of the building he helped design. Uhlich was former team president Tony Tavares’ top right-hand man in 2005 and 2006 and was instrumental in getting the Nationals started up. He’s now president of the Kansas City Royals.
