Craftstar Homes Inc. is building 22 town homes at Riverwatch Commons in Indian Head. The Charles County community has nature trails and a playground. Riverwatch Commons is within walking distance of the Potomac River, half a mile from a marina and 15 minutes from National Harbor in Fort Washington.

Each home will include Colonial panel shutters, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional. Each has three finished levels with three bedrooms; 2 1/2 baths; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; 36-inch cabinets in the kitchen; and a luxury master bath with two sinks, a soaking tub and a shower.

The Arlington model homes have about 2,500 finished square feet, with base prices from $299,900. Homeowner association fees are $87 per month.

Each Arlington model home features an open living room and dining room on the main level with a nearby half-bath. At the back are a kitchen and family room with a wall of windows. Upstairs, the master suite has a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Two more bedrooms, a second bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Alternate floor plans include a computer lounge and a fourth bedroom and bath, with a loft-level master bedroom with two walk-in closets, a luxury bath and a sitting area with a window seat. The loft can also be used as a study or a guest bedroom and sitting area.

The lower level has a finished recreation room that can be enhanced with a built-in computer desk, a wet bar, a closet or half-bath.
