Van Metre Homes is building more than 100 town homes on 2,200- to 2,600-square-foot homesites in the Hamilton Grove collection at Stone Ridge in Aldie, a planned community with a fitness center, two pools, tennis courts, a clubhouse, playing fields and a village center.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a stone front, 5-inch vinyl siding, a fenced back yard and a two-car garage.

The homes have 2,425 to 2,635 finished square feet, with base prices from $362,450 to $382,450. Homeowner association fees are $107 per month.

The Stanton model, with 2,635 square feet, is priced from $382,450. This home features a front porch, a two-story foyer and a recreation room on the lower level, along with an entrance to the garage and a storage room. A den, wet bar and powder room or full bath can be added.

The main level has a living room with three windows, a powder room, a formal dining room and a family room open to the center-island kitchen. Buyers can add a deck off the family room.
