JBJ/Carlyle Park Place LP is building 208 condominium homes at the Residences at Park Place Annapolis, a seven-story building with an outdoor swimming pool, exercise facilities, a dog park, a library, a community lounge, a home theater room and concierge services.

This community in the city of Annapolis has 24-hour electronically controlled security, reserved parking and storage space. Shops and restaurants are located within the mixed-use development.

The bedroom has two closets and a full bath with a linen closet and a stacked washer and dryer.

The 2ABNE model, with 1,270 square feet, is priced from $670,900. This home has a closet and a full bath off the foyer with a linen closet and a stacked washer and dryer. This bath is also accessible from the second bedroom, which has two closets.
