K. Hovnanian Homes is building 284 town-home-style condominiums at Coppermine Crossing in Oak Hill, a community with a tot lot and a basketball court near a shopping center.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will include a brick water table, vinyl siding, concrete sidewalks, stoops and driveways, professional landscaping and a one-car garage.

Inside, both models feature three or four finished levels with three bedrooms; 2½ baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; volume ceilings; crown and chair-rail moldings; 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets, laminate counters and vinyl flooring in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; central air conditioning, gas heat and a 75-gallon gas water heater.

The homes have about 1,620 to 1,650 finished square feet, with base prices from $354,990 to $399,990. Condominium association fees are $132 per month.

The Central Park model, with 1,650 square feet, is priced from $399,990 and has four finished levels.

On the lower level are a garage, recreation room and a utility closet.

The main level has an open floor plan with a great room and a center-island kitchen with a pantry. This level also has a closet and a powder room.

The middle level has two bedrooms, each with a standard closet, a full bath off the hall and a linen closet.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet, a standard closet and a bath with a double-sink vanity, a corner tub and separate shower.

Three more bedrooms, two full baths and a laundry room complete this level.
