Craftstar Homes Inc. is building 126 town-home-style condominiums at Potomac Highlands in Triangle, where residents can enjoy a swimming pool and bath house and a sitting area with a gazebo.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick, siding and stone exterior and an attached one-car garage.

Inside, both models feature two finished levels with three bedrooms; 2½ baths; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and baseboard moldings; a breakfast bar and pantry in the kitchen; a living/dining room; a family room; and designer chrome lighting and door hardware.

The homes have 1,634 to 2,300 finished square feet, with base prices from $259,900 to $289,900. Combined condominium and homeowner association fees are $281 per month.

The Jefferson model, with 2,300 square feet, is priced from $289,900.

The standard plan has a living room and dining room separated by a low wall with a column, with another low wall with a column separating the dining room and family room.

This plan has an open center-island kitchen with a triple window and a family room with a triple window.

An alternate plan has a combined living and dining room with columns, a central kitchen and a larger family room.

The master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath with a tub, a separate shower and a double-sink vanity.

The upper level has a computer lounge, a laundry room, two more bedrooms and a second full bath.
