Bloch party

Stuart Marshall Bloch and his wife, Julia Chang Bloch, have been building up their Freedom Place Collection of African-American art for more than 35 years. This week, more than 30 of their acquisitions go on display at the Meridian International Center’s Cafritz Galleries (1624 Crescent Place NW).
