Beazer Homes Corp. is building 47 town homes in phase three of sales at Arora Hills in Clarksburg, a planned community with a clubhouse, swimming pools, biking and walking paths, parks, streams and playing fields.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include stone accents, a brick front walk and stoop, a deck, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature three bedrooms; two full baths and two half-baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a lower-level study; 42-inch oak cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 1,640 finished square feet, with base prices from $394,990 to $395,790. Homeowner association fees are $135 per month.

The Cheswick model is priced from $394,990. This home features a front porch leading into the foyer, which has stairs to the main and lower levels.

The main level has a living room with a bay window, a separate dining room, a coat closet, a powder room and a rear kitchen and breakfast area with a sliding glass door to the deck.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath. Two more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.

The lower level has a study, a powder room and a laundry room.
