Mitchell & Best Homebuilders LLC is building 26 single-family houses on wooded lots of 2 acres or larger at Long Meadows at Davis Mill in Germantown, a gated community with a private park, walking paths and conservation areas.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two- or three-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature four or five bedrooms; three or four full baths and one or two half-baths; hardwood flooring on most of the main level; oak stairs; 9- and 10-foot ceilings on all three levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; granite counters, stainless steel appliances, maple or white cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; ceramic tile flooring in all full baths; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 3,959 to 6,117 finished square feet, with base prices from $1,234,900 to $1,398,900. Homeowner association fees are $199 per month.

The Eagle’s Nest model, with 5,695 square feet, is priced from $1,349,900. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the living room and library, a formal dining room with columns and an expansive kitchen with a center island and a bay-windowed breakfast area.

The family room has a decorative ceiling, a fireplace and walls of windows, plus an adjacent gallery that opens to a porch. This level also has a laundry room, a powder room and a family entrance.

Upstairs, the master suite has a balcony, a separate sitting room with a bay window, walls of windows and a decorative ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath. Four more bedrooms, three more baths and a computer loft complete this level.
