Centex Homes is building 136 town-home-style condominiums at Village Place in Gainesville, close to the Freedom Aquatic and Fitness Center, golf courses, parks and shopping centers. Town homes with two-car garages also are available at this development.

Each home in this Prince William County community has an exterior of brick and 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn, a one-car garage and a deck.

Inside, all four models feature two or three bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; ceramic tile flooring in the foyer and baths; 9-foot ceilings on every level; 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets, a pantry and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and a large shower with a seat; a high-tech wiring package; and gas heat.

The condominium homes have 1,247 to 1,788 finished square feet, with base prices from $276,990 to $314,990. Combined homeowner and condominium association fees are $191 per month.

The Tulip model, with 1,339 square feet, is priced from $276,990. This home features a step down from the foyer into an open living and dining room. At the back of the main level is the kitchen, which has a breakfast bar, an adjacent powder room and a door to the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has an optional box ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath.

Two more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath are on this level.

A deck off this level is accessible from both of the secondary bedrooms.
