Shooshan Co. LLC, Ballston Investor Group II LLC and Fred Schnider Investment Group LLC are building 233 condominium homes at the Residences at Liberty Center in Ballston, a few blocks from the Virginia Square and Ballston Metro stations, Ballston Common Mall and a variety of restaurants.

A Marvelous Market store is on the ground floor; the rooftop has a swimming pool, fitness center and panoramic views of Washington.
