SEEN AND HEARD AT NATIONALS PARK

Add Houston Astros owner Drayton McLane to the list of people impressed with Nationals Park. Upon entering the visitors’ clubhouse on Friday afternoon, McLane told several players how impressed he was with the park. The affable entrepreneur then sat down and traded stories with a group of players in the middle of the clubhouse.

BY THE NUMBERS

40 Percent of the Nationals’ wins entering Friday that had come with Tim Redding on the mound. Washington started the game 35-58 but has a 14-5 record when Redding has pitched.
