Ryan Homes is building 258 town homes and town-home-style condominiums at Potomac Club in Woodbridge, a planned community with a recreation complex that includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, climbing wall, clubhouse and business center.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a partial-brick front, vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a one- or two-car garage and a balcony or a deck.

All three models have three bedrooms; 2 1/2 baths; 42-inch oak cabinets and a double sink in the kitchen; a luxury master bath with an oversized shower and a double-bowl vanity; upgraded light fixtures and gas heat.

The homes have about 1,642 to 2,641 finished square feet, with base prices from $269,990 to $329,990. Condominium Association fees are $254 to $325 per month.

The Picasso model, with 2,641 square feet, is priced from $299,990. This model is the upper-level residence of the stacked town-home-style condominiums, with a one-car garage on the lower level and steps to the main level.

The open living and dining room is defined by columns, and a closet and powder room are nearby. At the back of this level, the family room has a triple window and opens to the kitchen and breakfast area, which has a door to the deck.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include hardwood and ceramic tile flooring, maple or cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, fireplaces and tray ceilings.
