Round 2 of the Battle of the Beltways shifts to Nationals Park, where the home team hopes to put forth a better showing than it did last month at Camden Yards when the Orioles took two of three. Washington will have Opening Night starter Odalis Perez back on the mound after missing the last three weeks with shoulder tendinitis. Perez was activated off the disabled list Thursday, swapping spots with Shawn Hill, who has a strained forearm. Baltimore is trying to hang on in the competitive American League East; winning two of three against the Cubs at Wrigley Field was a step in the right direction.
