Caruso Homes Inc. is building 21 single-family homes on 3-acre homesites at Turney Estates in Stafford near a golf course, shops and restaurants, about 15 minutes from a commuter lot, Interstate 95, Virginia Railway Express and Amtrak stations.

Each home in this Stafford County community will include a brick front, 6-inch vinyl siding, and a side-entry two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; two to four full baths and one or two half-baths; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; a fireplace; 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counters and double-wall ovens in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and baths and a master bath with a tub and separate shower.

The homes have about 3,000 to 4,600 finished square feet, with base prices from $479,990 to $599,990. Homeowner association fees are $1,000 per year.

The Princeton model, with 3,000 square feet, is priced from $479,990. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the formal living room and formal dining room.

The main level has a library, a powder room and a two-story family room with a fireplace flanked by windows. Nearby are the open breakfast area and kitchen, which have a walk-in pantry. A laundry room has a door to the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has an optional sitting room over the garage, two walk-in closets and a bath.

Three more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.
