Collin Balester (7-3, 4.18) won for the visiting Clippers, allowing two runs on five hits and three walks with five strikeouts in five innings. Ed Rogers (.284) hit his third home run, and Ray Olmedo (.273) went 3-for-5 with a double and two RBI.

Bowie 5, Harrisburg 4: Roger Bernadina (.349) went 2-for-4 with his fourth and fifth home runs in the Senators’ road loss. Jordan Zimmermann (3.73) allowed three runs (one earned) in six innings.

Potomac 7-6, Wilmington 2-11: Chris Marrero (.230) and Edgardo Baez (.288) homered in the Nationals’ home win in a game suspended in the second inning Saturday night. Marrero went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI in a loss in the regularly scheduled game.

Lake County 15, Hagerstown 2: Boomer Whiting (.268) went 2-for-2 with two walks and one RBI in the Suns’ home loss.
