Today and tomorrow: The annual Baltimore Antique Arms Show, sponsored by the Maryland Arms Collectors Association, takes place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. the first day and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. the second day in the Cow Palace at the Maryland State Fairgrounds, Timonium. Wednesday: The Fort Ward Museum and Historic Site, 4301 W. Braddock Road, Alexandria, presents Civil War Story Time for elementary school children, beginning at 11 a.m. Reading and group discussion will focus on two Civil War-themed books for children, “Mr. Lincoln”s Whiskers” by Karen B.
