Slummin’ it

Tonight, the Washington Stage Guild takes on George Bernard Shaw’s “Widowers’ Houses” with a 7:30 staged reading of the play at the Mead Theatre Lab at Flashpoint (916 G St. NW). The awareness-raising work about slumlords and dirty money was Shaw’s first play to reach the stage. There is no admission charge, but seating is limited. Information: Call 240/582-0050 or visit www.stageguild.org.
