Integrity Homes of Virginia is building 44 single-family homes at Gunston Cove in Lorton, a community with tot lots and walking paths not far from Interstate 95 and the Virginia Railway Express station.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will include a brick front, vinyl siding, a sodded yard, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature three finished levels with four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; recessed lighting; 42-inch wood cabinets in the kitchen; a private master bath with a tub and separate shower; high-tech wiring for cable television and telephone; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,532 to 3,655 finished square feet, with base prices from $559,990 to $619,990. Homeowner association fees are $55 per month.

The Delray model, with 3,459 square feet, is priced from $609,990. This home features a front porch leading into a spacious foyer with three windows, steps to the main and second levels and an entrance to the garage.

The main level has a formal dining room and a family room open to the center-island kitchen and breakfast area. This level also has a powder room and an unfinished mechanical room.

The second level has a loft with four windows and a volume ceiling. The second and third bedrooms have a connecting bath. The fourth bedroom has a walk-in closet and is adjacent to the hall bath.

Upstairs are the master suite, a laundry room and an open flex room. The master suite has two walk-in closets and a bath.
