Joke’s on you

Upright Citizens Brigade, Second City and the Groundlings have helped put improvisational comedy on the entertainment map, but you don’t have to travel to their respective cities (New York, Chicago and Los Angeles) to learn the trade. Washington Improv Theater holds classes at the Children’s Studio School (1301 V St. NW), and this week, they’re free. To register for a session (today through Thursday at 7 p.m.) call 202/315-1314.
