The four Arista Collection models also have a gas fireplace with a marble surround, ceramic tile flooring in the baths, a master bath and dual-zone heating and air conditioning.

The homes have approximately 2,100 to 3,125 finished square feet, with base prices from $399,990 to $559,990. Homeowner association fees are $109 per month.
