Thomas Builders Inc. is building 70 single-family homes at Clements Landing in Lexington Park, just five minutes from the Patuxent River and close to parks and shopping centers.

Each home in this St. Mary’s County community will include transom and sidelight windows around the front door, maintenance-free vinyl siding, professional landscaping, seeded front and rear yards and a two-car garage.

All 10 models feature four bedrooms, two full baths and one half-bath; 9-foot ceilings on the main level, oak hand railings, brushed nickel lighting fixtures, 42-inch oak front cabinets and gas cooking with a self-cleaning oven in the kitchen; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a full basement with a rough-in for a lower-level bath; high-tech wiring, gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 1,780 to 3,299 finished square feet, with base prices from $265,990 to $348,990. Homeowner association fees are $54 per month.

With 3,299 square feet, the Charleston model is priced from $344,990.

At the back of the home are a den, a powder room and a two-story family room that opens to the center-island kitchen and adjacent breakfast area, which has a sliding glass door to the yard.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, fireplaces, bay windows, extra windows and extra bathrooms.
