Lennar Corp. is building 76 single-family homes on quarter-acre sites at Spriggs Run Estates in Woodbridge, a family-oriented community with tot lots and common areas near shopping centers and the Prince William Forest.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick and/or stone front, vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a front porch and a two-car garage.

All three models feature four bedrooms; two to four full baths and one half bath; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a pantry in the kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths and a luxury master bath with granite counters, a soaking tub and separate shower.

The homes have about 2,500 to 3,800 finished square feet, with base prices from $389,990 to $479,990. Homeowner association fees are $74 per month.

The Edinburg model has 3,800 square feet and is priced from $479,990. This home features a front porch and a two-story foyer with stairs to the upper and lower levels.

The first floor has a library with double doors. Bay windows appear in the library, living room and dining room. Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath.

The second and third bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, share a hall bath near the laundry room. The fourth bedroom has a private bath and a walk-in closet.

Lennar has an “everything’s included” philosophy, so options are not available.
