Vintage Homes LLC is building 15 single-family homes on sites of one-fifth-acre to a quarter-acre at Chaney’s Grant in Crofton, a community with an open recreation area and near shopping centers.

The builder is offering $5,000 to $12,000 in closing costs when the buyer uses the preferred lender and title company.

Each home in this Anne Arundel County community has stone accents, beaded vinyl siding, landscaping with sodded yards and a two-car garage.

All six models have four bedrooms; 2 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer, powder room, hall and kitchen; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch maple cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,050 to 3,276 finished square feet, with base prices from $579,900 to $699,900. Homeowner association fees are $495 annually. The Severn model, with 3,182 square feet and priced from $679,990, features a front porch with columns leading into a two-story foyer flanked by the formal living room and formal dining room, each with columns.

The first floor has a corner study, a powder room and a central staircase. Across the back of the home are the family room, breakfast area and kitchen. Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
