From Charles Gibson questioning Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin to Sen. Barack Obama campaigning in New Hampshire, we keep hearing accusations that Sen. John McCain is a clone of President Bush. This strikes me as camouflage from someone who does not want to talk about his positions on the issues. Wouldn’t it be nice if the American people could be treated as if we are intelligent and have a discussion about the candidates’ actual positions on the issues? Enough hiding behind name-calling. Let’s have an honest discussion about where each candidate stands on the issues.
