Craftmark Homes Inc. is building 107 single-family homes on 8,050- to 17,945-square-foot sites at the Meadows at Morris Farm in Gainesville, a planned community with a swimming pool, trails, parks and athletic fields, all near several golf courses and shopping centers.

Each of these Prince William County homes will have insulated vinyl windows, a sodded yard, landscaping and a two-car garage. Stone and brick fronts are optional. All seven models have four or five bedrooms; 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floor in the foyer; oak stairs; 8-foot-4 to 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch cabinets and a pantry in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,748 to 4,275 finished square feet, with base prices from $431,900 to $494,900. Homeowner association fees are $152.80 per month after the initial $360 contribution. The Chevy Chase Alternate model has a two-story foyer, a study, a formal living room and a formal dining room. Across the back of the house are the center-island kitchen and breakfast area and a step-down family room. This level also has a laundry room and a powder room. Upstairs, the master suite has a cathedral ceiling, a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath.The second and third bedrooms share a connecting bath, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms share a hall bath.
