Churchill Group is building 119 single-family homes at Washington Overlook in Fort Washington, located three miles from the Beltway and within two miles of shopping centers.

Each home in this Prince George's County community will include low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level, a first-floor library, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, a center-island kitchen, a luxury master bath, a high-tech wiring system, a gas water heater and dual-zone gas heat and electric air conditioning.

The homes have 2,576 to 4,089 finished square feet, with base prices from $499,990 to $699,990. Homeowner association fees are $40 per month.

The Judiciary model has 4,042 square feet and is priced from $649,990. This home features a two-story foyer with a double-door entrance to the library.

Columns define the doorway between the living room and dining room and separate the family room from the center-island kitchen and breakfast area. The main level also has a walk-in pantry, a powder room and a mudroom.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate, step-down sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. An optional master retreat can be added above the garage.

Three more bedrooms, two additional full baths and a laundry room complete this level.
