Centex Homes is building 101 single-family homes on half-acre sites at Lakeview at Brandywine in Brandywine, a planned community with a swimming pool, a club, a fitness center, tot lots and a library. The new Brandywine Crossing shopping center is nearby.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded yard and a two-car garage.

Inside, all seven models feature three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; nine-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; crown and chair rail mouldings; a gas fireplace, 42-inch cabinets, Corian counters and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a luxury master bath with double sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,077 to 3,700 finished square feet, with base prices from $374,990 to $454,990. Homeowner association fees are $90 per month.

The Princeton model, with 3,700 square feet, is priced from $454,990. This home features a front porch with a foyer.

Columns define the entrance to the formal living room, which is open to the formal dining room. French doors open off the foyer into the library. Across the back of the home are a family room with columns, a breakfast area and kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting area and a luxury bath. The second bedroom has a private full bath, while the third and fourth bedroom share a connecting bath. A laundry room completes this level. Options include finished lower levels, bay windows, and tray ceilings.
