Stanley Martin Homebuilding LLC is building 15 single-family homes at Occoquan Landing in Lake Ridge, located 1.7 miles from the Woodbridge Virginia Railway Express station and near historic Occoquan and Potomac Mills Mall.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a choice of a brick front or siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature four bedrooms; 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 baths; hardwood floors; 9-foot ceilings; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch birch cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen; ceramic tile floors; a luxury master bath; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and central air conditioning.

The homes have about 2,407 to 3,397 finished square feet, with base prices from $439,990 to $479,990. Homeowner association fees are $130 per month.

The Brierly model, with 2,407 to 3,333 square feet, is priced from $439,990. This home features a front porch leading into an open foyer with an adjacent half bath.

The first floor includes a library with a box bay window, a central dining room and a family room with a fireplace. The center-island kitchen and breakfast area are open to the family room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry area complete this level. Buyers can opt for an alternate plan with a connecting bath for the third and fourth bedrooms and a private bath for the second bedroom.

Options include finished lower levels, room extensions, and bay windows.
