Ryan Homes is building 183 single-family homes at West Riding in South Riding, a planned community with a club with a swimming pool, three additional pools, tennis courts, walking trails, a golf course, parks, shops and restaurants within the community.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all seven models feature three finished levels with three to five bedrooms and 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; and a luxury master bath.

The homes have about 2,224 to 2,760 finished square feet, with base prices from the low $380,000s to the upper $460,000s. Homeowner association fees are $76 per month.

The Naples model, with 2,760 square feet, is priced from the upper $460,000s. This home features a formal living room off the foyer and a formal dining room with entrances from the hall and the living room. Buyers can convert the living room to a study.

Across the back of the home are a family room, a breakfast area and a kitchen with a pantry. The main level also has a half bath, closet and mudroom.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath.

This level also has a loft, three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room. Buyers can opt for a lower-level laundry room and convert the upstairs laundry into a storage room.

Options include finished lower levels, morning rooms, fireplaces, granite counters, upgraded cabinets and gourmet kitchens.
