The Rhapsody model from the 1920s Collection has 2,500 square feet and is priced from $479,990.

Inside, the foyer has a tray ceiling. On either side of the foyer are the formal living room and formal dining room.

The main level also includes a study with optional doors and built-in bookshelves, along with a half bath and a butler’s pantry. The center-island kitchen is open to a breakfast area and the family room, which has two walls of windows.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath with an oversized shower and two separate vanities. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
