I am distressed that The Times would give space to two recent Op-Ed columns, one on the outcome of the war on Gaza by Suzanne Fields (“Some ‘victory’ for Hamas,” Thursday) and the other by Michael D. Evans attacking former President Jimmy Carter’s new book, “We Can Have Peace in the Holy Land” (“Jimmy Carter’s myopia,” Wednesday). These columns give a very biased viewpoint on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. I hope you will counter this by including Op-Eds that are more factual.
