Van Metre Homes is building town homes at Stone Ridge in Aldie, a planned community with two swimming pools, a county park, jogging trails, an elementary school, a middle school and nearby shops and restaurants.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a stone-and-siding front, 5-inch vinyl siding, a sodded lawn, privacy fencing and a two-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths; ceramic tile floors in the foyer, powder room and master bath; 9-foot-high ceilings on the main and upper levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace, 42-inch birch cabinets, a pantry and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; a high-tech wiring system and gas heat.

The homes have about 2,261 to 2,952 finished square feet, with base prices from $385,450 to $416,990. The builder is currently offering a 15 percent to 20 percent price reduction on homes with the use of the preferred lender and title company. Homeowner association fees are $107 per month.

The Delaney model, with 2,407 to 2,826 square feet, is priced from $416,990. This home features a porch and a lower-level entrance into the foyer. This level has a recreation room and optional bath.

The main level features a great room with an optional study, an open dining room, a powder room and a center-island kitchen and family room at the back.

Upstairs, there is a master suite and bath, two more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room.
