Dan Ryan Builders Inc. is building 50 single-family homes at Rivercrest II in Frederick, near historic downtown Frederick, a MARC train station and shopping centers. Residents can walk to two schools and to a recreation area with ball fields and walking paths.

Each home in this Frederick County community will include a stone front, low-maintenance exterior materials, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature four bedrooms; 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer and powder room; 8- and 9-foot ceilings, crown and chair-rail moldings; oak cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; cathedral and vaulted ceilings, a high-tech wiring system, a designer lighting package, a rough-in for a lower-level bath, and energy-efficient windows and insulation.

The homes have about 2,308 to 3,492 finished square feet, with base prices from $336,900 to $401,900. Homeowner association fees are $25 per month.

The Avalon model, with 2,803 square feet, is priced from $356,900. This home features a two-story foyer. At the back of the house are a powder room, a family room with columns, a breakfast area and a center-island kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has a cathedral ceiling, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, another full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, conservatories, room extensions, fireplaces and bay windows.
