Stanley Martin Homebuilding LLC is building 73 town homes at Kendall Square in Fairfax, located 1.2 miles from the Vienna Metro station and near major commuter routes, the Oak Marr Recreation Center, parks and shopping centers.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will include a brick front, a balcony, a rooftop terrace, professional landscaping, a sodded homesite and a two-car garage. The community includes a wooded walking trail and a tot lot.
