Pulte Homes Inc. is building 43 single-family homes on 1-acre or larger homesites at Fieldstone in Westminster, a community with 25 acres of open space near golf courses, parks and shopping areas.

Each home in this Carroll County community will include 4 1/2-inch vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a front-post lamp, coach lights and a two-car garage.
