The Hylton Group is building 68 single-family homes on half-acre homesites at White Oak Estates in Manassas, near golf courses, parks and a VRE station.

The builder is including a free, finished recreation room and closing-cost assistance with the use of the preferred lender and title company.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, 6 1/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two- or three-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature four to six bedrooms, 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer and kitchen; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels, oak stairs, crown moldings, a gas fireplace, 42-inch oak cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths, a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring system, dual-zone heating and air conditioning and gas heat.

The homes have about 2,652 to 3,439 finished square feet, with base prices from $605,990 to $650,990. Homeowner association fees are $37 per month.

The Carlisle model has 2,867 square feet and is priced from $628,990. This home features a two-story foyer leading into a central two-story hall.

The main level has a living room and a formal dining room, each with a bay window and columns. The study has a closet and adjacent powder room. The family room has a fireplace and opens into the kitchen and breakfast area.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath, plus three more bedrooms and a second full bath.
