ANALYSIS/OPINION:

By referring to the mistake made in the recitation of the inauguration oath first as “Tuesday’s flub” in a teaser for an article (Page 1, Thursday), and later in the actual story as “the flubbing,” The Washington Times managed to hide the identity of the one who flubbed.

The flubber, as almost every other news organization informed its audience, was the scriptless Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr.
