Toll Bros. Inc. is building 90 single-family homes on one-acre or larger homesites at Cheltenham Estates in Clinton, a community with 70 acres of open space near several shopping centers, parks and the Prince George’s Equestrian Center and Show Place Arena.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a choice of exterior facades, low-maintenance 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a three-car side-entry garage.

Inside, all eight models feature four or five bedrooms; 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer and kitchen; 9-foot ceilings on the main level, crown and chair-rail moldings, a gas fireplace, an oak staircase, 42-inch cabinets, granite or Corian counters, a ceramic tile backsplash and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths, a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a security system, a high-tech wiring system, a rough-in for a lower-level bath, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 3,408 to 4,937 finished square feet, with base prices from $693,995 to $861,995. Homeowner association fees are $67 per month.

The Hampton model has 4,728 square feet and is priced from $806,995. The main level has a formal living room, a formal dining room, a study and an open kitchen and breakfast area. This level also has a laundry room and mudroom.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, each with a private full bath, complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, sunrooms, wet bars, skylights, decks and bay windows.
