Thomas Builders Inc. is building 70 single-family homes on one-fifth-acre homesites at Clements Pointe in Lexington Park, near the Patuxent River, historic St. Mary’s City and shopping centers.

Each home in this St. Mary’s County community will include maintenance-free vinyl siding, seeded front and rear yards, professional landscaping, a concrete driveway with a concrete front walk and stoop, and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; two full baths and one half bath; 9-foot ceilings on the main level, 42-inch oak cabinets, a pantry and a planning desk in the kitchen and breakfast area; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; six-panel interior doors, a high-tech wiring system, a rough-in for a lower-level bath, and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 1,500 to 2,876 finished square feet, with base prices from $247,990 to $309,990. Homeowner-association fees are $54 per month.

The Foxboro model has 2,580 square feet and is priced from $294,990. This home features a front porch and a two-story foyer with stairs to the upper and lower levels. The main level has a formal living room and a formal dining room with a powder room nearby.

At the back of the house are an open family room and the center-island kitchen and breakfast area.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.
