K. Hovnanian Homes is building 75 single-family homes on 6,500- to 7,500-square-foot homesites at Monticello in Annapolis, located across the street from the Westfield Annapolis Shopping Center and close to downtown Annapolis.

The community includes a swimming pool, a fire pit, walking trails, a dog park and lawn mowing.

Each home in this Anne Arundel County community will include a stone front, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models have three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths; hardwood floors; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat.

The homes have about 2,466 to 3,052 finished square feet, with base prices from $484,990 to $554,990. Homeowner association fees are $107 per month.

The Brentwood model, with 3,052 square feet, is priced from $554,990. This home features a two-story foyer.

The main level includes a separate living room and a formal dining room, with a powder room, closet and laundry room near the garage.

Across the back of the house are an open family room, breakfast area and center-island kitchen with a pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath with a corner soaking tub, a separate shower and two separate vanities. A tray ceiling is optional. Three more bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, and a second full bath complete this level.
