Stanley Martin Homebuilding LLC is building 210 single-family homes in Primrose Park at Wildewood in California, a planned community with nature trails, playgrounds, a pool and a club. The Wildewood shopping center includes a variety of shops and restaurants.

Each home in this St. Mary’s County community will include low-maintenance 5-inch vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all 15 models feature three or four bedrooms; 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the two-story foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; 42-inch flat-panel cabinets in the kitchen; a master suite with a walk-in closet and private full bath; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; dual-zone heating and air conditioning; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 1,809 to 3,345 finished square feet, with base prices from $264,990 to $391,990. Homeowner association fees are $80 per month.

The Eliot model, with 2,550 square feet, is priced from $324,990 to $341,990. This home features a foyer entrance with an adjacent hall including a closet and half bath.

The main level has an open floor plan with a formal dining room with three windows, a great room and a center-island kitchen with an adjacent breakfast area.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. The second and third bedrooms share a hall bath. The fourth bedroom has a walk-in closet and private full bath. A laundry room completes this level.

Options include attic levels with lofts and home offices, finished lower levels, covered porches and gourmet kitchens.
