Drees Homes Co. is building 121 single-family homes on 13,000- to 19,000-square-foot homesites at the Springs at Lenah in Aldie, a community with wooded lots.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick or stone front, vinyl siding, a coach lamp, a post lantern, a sodded lawn, professional landscaping and a two-car side-entry garage.

Inside, all six models feature four or five bedrooms; 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the first and second levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets and granite counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring system; gas heat; and a security system.

The homes have about 2,722 to 3,908 finished square feet, with base prices from $549,900 to $629,900.

The Hartwicke model, with 3,858 to 3,908 square feet, is priced from $618,900 to $629,900. This home features a two-story foyer, a corner study with an adjacent half bath and formal living and dining rooms separated by partial walls with columns.

Across the back of the house are a family room with columns and a wall of windows, a breakfast room and a kitchen. This level also has a laundry room and two staircases.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. The second and third bedrooms share a connecting bath with two separate vanities, while the fourth bedroom has a private full bath.
