Toll Bros. Inc. is building 89 single-family homes on sites an acre or larger at Patuxent Chase in Ellicott City, a community of private wooded lots near historic Ellicott City and Columbia Mall.

Each home in this Howard County community will include a brick stoop, professional landscaping and a three-car side-entry garage.
