The homes have 2,035 to 3,650 finished square feet, with base prices from $349,990 to $469,990. Homeowner association fees are $130 per month.

The Victoria model, with 3,600 square feet, is priced from $405,990. This home features a foyer with a few steps up to the main level.

At the back of the home are an open family room and a breakfast area with multiple windows. The kitchen includes a pantry and a breakfast bar.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private full bath. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
