Stanley Martin Homebuilding LLC is building 81 single-family homes in its Mainstreet collection on 8,000-square-foot-homesites at Brambleton. The planned community features 2,000 acres of common areas including parks, basketball and tennis courts, swimming pools, athletic fields and a community center. Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick stoop, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

All four models feature three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer, hall, powder room, kitchen and breakfast room; 9- or 10-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch birch flat-panel cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower with a clear glass enclosure; and energy-efficient features including gas heat.

The homes have 2,155 to 4,923 finished square feet, with base prices from $439,990 to $509,990. Homeowner association fees are $174 per month.

The Eliot model, with 2,596 to 3,948 square feet, is priced from $469,990. This home features an open floor plan with a formal dining room defined by partial walls and columns. The great room opens into the kitchen, which has an adjacent breakfast room with a wall of windows. Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a luxury bath.
