p>Ailing Farrah to wed

In an interview with Barbara Walters for ABC’s “20/20,” Ryan O’Neal, 68, says he plans to marry longtime companion Farrah Fawcett, 62, who is struggling to overcome cancer.

Miss Walters’ interview will air Friday.

Baby No. 2 for Matt

Matthew McConaughey and his girlfriend, Camila Alves, are expecting another baby.

The 39-year-old actor and Miss Alves have an 11-month-old son, Levi.

Brown cops a plea

Chris Brown’s lawyer says a plea deal has been reached in the singer’s felony assault case, Associated Press reports. The announcement was made moments before a preliminary hearing in Los Angeles was to begin.

The singer’s reported victim, pop star Rihanna, had been on standby to testify Monday.

Mr. Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, says the deal includes five years of supervised probation and six months of community labor. Mr. Brown, 20, is pleading to felony assault.

Mr. Brown was arrested in February on suspicion that he beat and threatened his then-girlfriend, Rihanna, after a pre-Grammy party in Los Angeles.

Perez, Pea battle

Celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton claims he was accosted by Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am and assaulted by the band’s manager after Sunday’s MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto.

The group’s manager, Paul Molina, turned himself in to Toronto police, Associated Press reports.

Perez Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, detailed the incident with a series of tweets posted on his official Twitter page early Monday morning.
