Toll Bros. is building 145 single-family homes on 7,000-square-foot homesites at the Villages at South Riding in South Riding, a planned community with a golf course, swimming pools, tennis courts, shopping centers with restaurants and stores, walking trails, parks and schools.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include low-maintenance, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast area; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; 42-inch cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,020 to 3,366 finished square feet, with base prices from $499,995 to $607,995. Homeowner association fees are $75 per month.

The Vicksburg model, with 3,329 square feet, is priced from $542,995. This home features a generously sized foyer with double doors leading into the study and entrances to the adjacent living room and formal dining room. Buyers can add tray ceilings to these two rooms.

At the back of this level are an open family room, kitchen and breakfast area with a center island and multiple windows. The main level also has a half bath and a closet.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Buyers can add a coffered ceiling to this room. Three more bedrooms, a second full bath and a laundry room complete this level.
