NVHomes is building 350 single-family homes at Oak Creek in Upper Marlboro, a gated golf-course community with plans for a swim and tennis facility, a fitness center, walking trails and a clubhouse.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front, 6 1/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer and kitchen; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; columns, crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets, granite counters, a pantry and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; dual-zone gas heat and a gas water heater.

The homes have about 2,708 to 3,798 finished square feet, with base prices from $431,990 to $506,990. Homeowner association fees are $135 per month.

The Wynterhall model, with 3,527 square feet, is priced from $491,990. This home features a two-story foyer with columns defining the entrances to the living room and formal dining room, which has a tray ceiling.

At the back of the house are a study, a powder room and a two-story family room with a wall of windows and a fireplace. Nearby are the kitchen, breakfast area, a rear staircase and laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. The second and third bedrooms share a hall bath with a double-sink vanity. The fourth bedroom has a private full bath and a walk-in closet.
