DUNEDIN, FLA. (AP) - Jed Lowrie hit one of Boston’s three homers off Roy Halladay and the Red Sox beat the Toronto Blue Jays 6-4 on Monday.

Jeff Bailey and Chris Carter also connected against Halladay, who allowed four runs and eight hits in five innings.

Justin Masterson pitched three-plus innings for the Red Sox and was charged with three runs and six hits.

Lowrie finished with three hits and Bailey and Carter each went 2-for-4.

Travis Snider hit his third home run of the spring for Toronto.
